These Terms of Service govern your use of Heal Your Roots Wellness.

## 1. The service
Heal Your Roots Wellness is a clinician-owned mental health network that operates a public therapist directory and a paid membership program for licensed clinicians.

## 2. Not medical advice
Content is for general information only. If you are in crisis, call or text **988** or call **911**.

## 3. Eligibility for clinician accounts
Restricted to mental health professionals with an active, unrestricted U.S. license (or pre-licensed under qualifying supervision).

## 4. Membership and billing
- Monthly billing via Stripe.
- **Founding pricing** applies only to the first 100 confirmed founding clinicians and remains locked while the membership is continuously active.
- Cancel anytime; effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds case-by-case at hello@healyourrootswellness.com.

## 5. Acceptable use
No misrepresentation, no scraping, no harassment, no unlawful or unethical use.

## 6. Content you submit
You retain ownership and grant a non-exclusive license to display it in the directory.

## 7. The therapeutic relationship
We are not a party to the therapeutic relationship.

## 8. Disclaimers
Provided "as is." No guarantees of leads or specific business outcomes.

## 9. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

## 10. Changes
We may update these terms.

## 11. Governing law
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
